One Stop Multi –Disciplinary Team Approach

Our multi disciplinary team including social workers, counsellors, clinical psychologists and psychiatrists.

Family-Based Approach

International research shows that pathological gambling may affect over 17 people in relationship with the gambler, including spouse, parents, siblings, friends and even colleagues. We encourage family members and relatives to attend counselling with the gambler to provide support and to deal with difficulties as a result of the pathological gambling.

Pathological gambling can have many adverse effects on individuals and families, such as family/couple relationship, family, finance and mental health. TWGHs Even Centre will provide counselling to both gamblers and family members who are affected by pathological gambling. We have designed different group activities such as treatment groups, family and gamblers mutual support groups, soccer support groups, et al. to help consolidate family relationship and re-build a healthy lifestyle.
